In this episode I am joined by the amazing Taylor, a recovery coach from Illinois. Taylor speaks briefly about her own lived experience of an eating disorder and how she struggled with over exercise. We discuss the the red flags of over exercise, key tips to stop over exercising and how to mindfully reincorporate movement during recovery. Taylor additionally emphasises the importance of finding your values during recovery and using them to guide any exercise you do.
